Wind Spirit Creative was inspired by a lifetime spent exploring the natural world.
Growing up in Boulder, Colorado, I was fortunate to be surrounded by mountains, open spaces, wildlife, and endless opportunities for adventure. Some of my favorite childhood memories are hiking with my family, searching for interesting rocks, discovering traces of history, and learning to appreciate the beauty of the land around us.
Our home was always filled with field guides, bird books, and flower books. From an early age, I learned the names of wildflowers, watched birds at backyard feeders, and developed a deep curiosity about the plants, animals, and landscapes that make every place unique.
Most importantly, my parents taught us to respect nature—not simply as something beautiful to look at, but as something to learn from, care for, and protect for future generations.
Today, those early experiences continue to inspire everything I create.
Through Wind Spirit Creative, I combine my love of art, photography, storytelling, travel, and nature to create products that celebrate the outdoors and encourage exploration. From the Freckles On The Road children's book series and Young Explorers Nature Series to nature-inspired photography, artwork, and gifts, each project reflects my belief that adventure and discovery can be found everywhere around us.
